How long does a MacBook keyboard replacement take?
It depends on the model and part availability. We'll give you a clear timeframe when we assess it.
Can you fix just one key?
Often, yes. If only a keycap or switch is damaged we can sometimes replace just that. We'll tell you what makes sense once we've had a look.
I just spilled a drink on my MacBook. What should I do?
Turn it off, don't charge it, and bring it in as soon as possible. The sooner we see it, the better the chances.
Will I lose my data?
No. Replacing the keyboard doesn't touch your storage. We still recommend a backup before any repair.
Do I need to book, or can I just walk in?
Both work. Booking online means we're ready for you when you arrive.
