Can you recover all my files?
It depends on what happened to the device. After an assessment we'll tell you honestly what's likely to be recoverable before going ahead.
What should I do right now?
Stop using the device. Don't keep restarting a clicking drive and don't install recovery software onto the same drive. Every extra use can make recovery harder.
Can you recover deleted files?
Often, yes, especially if the drive hasn't been used much since. The sooner you bring it in, the better.
How do I get my files back?
We copy your recovered files onto a new drive or USB for you to take home.
Are my files kept private?
Always. Your files never leave our workshop and we only access what's needed to do the job.
